Axel Bellin joined the team of the Leipzig-based real estate developer ARCADIA Investment Group as Senior Investment Manager at the beginning of February 2021. The graduate engineer in surveying will support the transaction team led by Andreas Albrecht both in the acquisition of residential and commercial properties and in their sale, for which he will be jointly responsible.

Previously, the 49-year-old worked for Instone Real Estate Development GmbH in Leipzig, where he had been responsible for the acquisition of plots for new residential construction in Central Germany since 2017. In the past years, he worked as an investment consultant in the areas of acquisition and investment at Engel & Völkers Commercial Leipzig and BNP Paribas Real Estate Leipzig.
