Allocation project „Lindenquartier” as well as „Lindenquartier Ambiente” in Taucha near Leipzig

After acquiring 170 residential units with over 8,000 m² living space and a total property size of approx. 16,500 m², the project was split into three sub-areas.

In addition to the existing property, with 18 residential units (in some cases with a balcony and a parking space) which was fully leased and remained in our portfolio, 46 terraced houses with living spaces ranging from 130 to 180 m² on properties measuring 230 to 450 m² were developed in two building segments.

All the terraced houses were sold as individually-owned properties, mainly to owner-occupiers. The project is currently in its last phase of implementation and is expected to be entirely completed by the end of 2017.

Development project „Marien-Carrée” in Neubrandenburg

This property, which could be bought from an institutional owner is located in a prime A1 location on the marketplace in Neubrandenburg and has a total area of approx. 7, 085 m². The main tenant on the premises was the Radisson Blu hotel chain whose contract expired at the end of 2015.

Building segment III: Retail on the ground floor and a car park in the upper levels

  • 14 shops
  • total sales area approx. 8,000 m²
  • total lease area to be achieved: approx. 21,000 m²
  • approx. 315 parking spaces in the car park

Building commenced with demolition activities in August 2016. After the completion of the entire investment project we expect the opening to be in April 2018. As the first anchor tenant, dm-Drogeriemarkt was contractually bound for the long term.
