Already in October 2018, the Leipzig-based ARCADIA Investment GmbH employed the 31-year-old graduate engineer Jana Schneidewind and the 47-year-old graduate engineer Ariane Richter for the construction and planning department. After completing her architectural studies at the HTWK Leipzig, Ms. Schneidewind first worked in various planning offices as a graduate engineer and gained experience in the performance ranges 1 – 5. She then worked as a project engineer for the engineering group B.A.C. Bau-und Anlagenconsult GmbH in Leipzig and primarily developed property-related expansion concepts for the German Armed Forces.

After completing her studies in architecture, Ms. Richter worked for more than five years as a freelancer in the fields of structural engineering and trade fair construction. She also worked in the public sector for the state company Sächsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement (SIB) in Dresden. Before joining the ARCADIA Investment GmbH, Ms. Richter worked for two years as a project engineer for the engineering office H. Beyer in Leipzig.

The further enhancement of the team of the ARCADIA Investment GmbH, in particular the expansion of the architecture and planning department, results from an increasing number of current and future projects and the associated increase in the volume of project development. “Ariane Richter and Jana Schneidewind will coordinate the project planning with external planning offices, develop development plans for future projects and support the team concerning project developments of existing buildings,” says Alexander Folz, managing partner of the ARCADIA Investment GmbH, pleased with the expansion of his team.
