ARCADIA Investment Group presents itself again at the house and real estate trade fair of the Sparkasse Leipzig

The Leipzig-based ARCADIA Investment Group participated as a premium partner for the second time in the “Haus- und Immobilienmesse” of the Stadt- und Kreissparkasse Leipzig on May 4th 2019. At the well frequented fair stand of the ARCADIA Investment Group, visitors were informed about current and future projects of the corporate group. Moreover, current building plots, detached houses as well as innovative semi-detached and terraced house concepts in the Leipzig region and in the surrounding area were presented.

The fair, which took place on the Villa Ida media campus, was aimed at private investors and families with a passion for building. Around 20 exhibitors from the Leipzig region, including estate agents, property developers and construction management companies, presented their portfolios and services. In addition, the fair offered lectures on topics relating to location developments in Leipzig, tips on buying used properties, on applying for construction financing and on current developments in the real estate market.
