The ARCADIA Investment Group has appointed its authorised signatory Andreas Albrecht as managing partner for the new subsidiary PARCADIA Parking Experts GmbH. In addition, the 42-year-old business administration graduate will remain an authorised signatory of ARCADIA Investment GmbH. Alexander Folz, the founder of the ARCADIA company will also act as managing partner of the new company PARCADIA, which is also supported by Laura Krämer. After three years of her dual studies at ARCADIA, Ms Krämer had recently written her bachelor thesis on “The Analysis of the framework conditions for the development of stationary traffic in Germany” and started working as a consultant for PARCADIA.

The founding of PARCADIA demonstrates the increasing strategic importance of this market segment for the company group. The company’s business object is to invest in the acquisition and development of properties for its own purpose or for third parties. This way, the company can hold its own properties in its portfolio, implement project developments for later sale and co-develop with private and public clients.

In addition, PARCADIA’s expertise as a consultant is available to external owners and property developers on the topics of location, design and planning as well as the mediation of lease and operator agreements. In addition, PARCADIA advises on the structural implementation of underground car parks, multi-storey car parks and ground-level parking facilities. Furthermore, the company offers comprehensive advice on the technical and financial optimisation of existing properties.

The increase of employees and the strategic restructuring of the parking department within the ARCADIA Investment Group is going to develop further potential in the areas of project development, construction, marketing and financing.
