The Leipzig ARCADIA Investment GmbH has hired Kathleen Haubold as the authorised signatory and head of their Leasing Department, effective 1 July 2014. Prior to this Ms. Haubold was employed at AENGEVELT Immobilien in their Leipzig office for seven years – finally as the head of their Leasing Department. Before that she worked at LBS Sachsen in Leipzig for more than ten years, where she was involved in the marketing of owner-occupier properties.

Alexander Folz, managing partner of ARCADIA Investment GmbH, expects the 38-year-old business administration graduate to create further stimulus for the development of his already expanding business.

The ARCADIA Investment Group has focused its specialisation on the development of property used for retail and residential properties as well as car parks and underground car parks throughout the entire Germany. In addition to activities relating to its own portfolio, it has also implemented a host of projects in the framework of joint ventures – amongst others in close collaboration with international companies. One of the company’s core business functions is the optimisation, maintenance and expansion of the property portfolio of family businesses with the utmost care and confidentiality. ARCADIA Investment GmbH currently employs seven people and has an office in Leipzig and a founding office in Taucha.
