The real estate developer ARCADIA Investment Group has sold an approximately 7,494 square metre developed commercial property in Markranstädt, southwest of Leipzig, to a Berlin real estate company. The fully let area at Leipziger Straße 70 is developed with a Netto Marken-Discount, a Star petrol station, a self-service centre of the Sparkasse as well as a residential and office building and has a total rental area of approximately 3,196 square metres. The contracting parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The property acquired by ARCADIA in 2018 is located in the centre of Markranstädt, in the immediate vicinity of shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies and banks, and with direct access to the A9 motorway.
