The Leipzig ARCADIA Investment GmbH has taken on two new employees, Andreas Albrecht and Carmen Vondran. The company moved into their new offices in Petershof in Leipzig last year – also as a measure to accommodate the personnel expansion of ARCADIA Investment GmbH.

Andreas Albrecht came to ARCADIA on the 1st of February after leaving the brokerage company BNP Paribas Real Estate Deutschland. The 38-year-old, who has a degree in business administration (similar to MBA), until recently held the position of Director of Retail Investment at BNP and will from now on be working in ARCADIA’s Investment Division and provide support for the acquisition of projects. He has proven to be an expert in retail and before his stint at BNP was employed at the retail brokers COMFORT and KEMPER’S for 6 years each.

Carmen Vondran has been supporting ARCADIA already since January 2015 as a Management Assistant. The 46-year-old, who studied office management, was previously employed in a similar position at Commerzbank AG in Leipzig in the Private Wealth Department.

The ARCADIA Investment Group has focused its specialisation on the development of property used for retail and residential properties as well as car parks and underground car parks throughout the entire Germany. In addition to activities relating to its own portfolio, it has also implemented a host of projects in the framework of joint ventures – amongst others in close collaboration with international companies. One of the company’s core business functions is the optimisation, maintenance and expansion of the property portfolio of family businesses with the utmost care and confidentiality. The company currently employs 11 people.
