With great satisfaction and also gratitude, we look back at 2014 as a very pleasant business year and are looking forward to more exciting projects in the New Year. For the qualitative and quantitative expansion of our range of services our team will increase further in 2015 and we are therefore moving to new offices in Petershof in the Leipzig inner city.

The highlights of 2014 may be cited as our projects in Neubrandenburg and in Berlin-Falkensee as they have kept us particularly busy in the past few months. In Neubrandenburg the development of a commercial building is pending in an excellent location, while in Berlin-Falkensee the “See.Carree” shopping centre is to be erected with approximately 50 new shops in the inner city of the prosperous Berlin suburb.

At the beginning of the upcoming year we strive towards conceptual optimisation and also fully-leasing the two Leipzig projects Merkurhaus and Permoser Eck as well as the acquisition of additional project developments.
