ARCADIA sells all eight town houses of the residential project “Kö 2-8” in Taucha
With the sale of the last available town house in Theodor-Körner-Straße 2-8 in Taucha, the property developer ARCADIA Investment Group has completed the residential project with a total of 1,369 square metres of living space. The Leipzig-based company had acquired the former multi-family house from the 1930s and carefully gutted and revitalised it. Based on the residential project “Lindenquartier” in Matthias-Erzberger-Straße in Taucha, the original residential complex was converted into eight modern town houses with contemporary floor plans and high-quality interiors.
The newly built single-family houses offer between 120 and 175 square metres of living space, an additional basement, a garden area and optionally two parking spaces. “We are pleased to have made another contribution to the urban development of Taucha and we are looking forward to the following projects”, explains Chris Poschmann, who was responsible for the marketing of the project. The buyers, among which are several young families, come predominantly from the city of Leipzig. “This is a clear sign for the growing attractiveness of Taucha”, says Chris Poschmann. Due to the vicinity to Leipzig, the good transport connections and the nearby locations of BMW, Porsche, DHL, and DB Schenker, living space in Taucha is in great demand.
