Dear business partners and friends of ARCADIA

As is always the case in the first few days of a New Year, we dare to take a backward glance at the past 12 months. For the ARCADIA Investment Group 2017 was a year filled with stability and growth for which we would like to sincerely thank all our business partners and associates. A turbulent takeoff in the first quarter saw the successful initialisation of new capital partnerships forming in the area of large-scale project development. Over the course of the year this was followed by the expansion of our offices, by a whole floor level, at our headquarters in Leipzig’s Petershof. After extensive conversion and modernisation it was up and running as our conference floor by the end of the year.

We were able to establish a completely new business area as well as strengthen the ARCADIA team through the founding of the ARCADIA Financial Services GmbH , accompanied by the addition of a former bank executive and supported by a bank management assistant. This newly gained expertise allowed us to already start the first part of the year with extreme gratification and highly positive prospects for the future.

As turbulent as the year began, it also ended on the same note: With the successful conclusion of complex purchasing negotiations for two large projects we were able to place valuable milestones in our ongoing development and set the course for the adoption of specific project development activities for these projects. The successful placement of the Dormagen “Rathausgalerie” in the “Baltic Center” in Schwentinental near Kiel, the sale of the TK Maxx building in Dresden as well as the leasing and sale of the car park and bus terminal at the Leipzig main station were all very exciting services to which we gladly dedicated ourselves. Other highlights during the past few months include the completion of our “Im Sonnengrund” allocation project in Taucha as well as the successful cornerstone ceremony for the new “Marien-Carrée building and car park in Neubrandenburg.

Once again we have some exciting events coming up soon – a new version of the ARCADIA Racing Cup and our continued participation at the EXPO REAL after a successful first appearance in 2017. New attractive cooperation efforts are in the making. We are intensely dedicated to the “modular construction” topic and to a successful stretch of implementing our newly acquired project developments. Due to our sound financial partnerships, we are able to intensify our purchase-related activities in 2018 as well as secure lucrative project developments for the future. The expansion of our team, particularly in the planning and building departments, is one of our main focuses for the coming first quarter. Increasing our property holdings also remains a strong objective towards long-term sustainability in 2018.

We are already looking forward to the opportunity of meeting you again at various occasions to jointly celebrate our success. We likewise look forward to further expanding our networks by the addition of new interesting personalities and business contacts with whom we are able to increase our sphere of activities. With this courageous outlook towards a prosperous future we would like to sincerely wish you all the best for the upcoming 12 months – stay healthy, successful, fun-loving and above all, favourably disposed towards ARCADIA and its people!
