The conversion of the building, which was constructed in 1993, is being supervised by the architectural firm Kalkof Architekten GmbH. In the course of the redesign of the property, the DGNB label in “Gold” is being aimed at, which underlines the sustainability and quality of the building fabric and the conversion measures.

After completion, “Löhr’s Eck” will have around 4,450 square metres of rental space. The company’s planning and construction, marketing, sales and administration departments will move into the upper floors. The financing subsidiary and the residential subsidiary will be in the shops on the ground floor. In the future, the employees of the group of companies can look forward to modern and innovative office space with generous communication and creative areas, a fitness area, an outdoor terrace, an underground car park as well as outdoor parking spaces for a total of 46 cars.
