The real estate developer ARCADIA Investment Group has sold an approximately 330 square metre building plot in the north of Leipzig to a project company of RT.Gruppe AG. The property is located at Heinrich-Budde-Straße 44, in a residential area in the Leipzig district of Gohlis. It is planned for the construction of a five-storey apartment building, which is to be completed in the near future to close the gap in the surrounding development. The parties to the contract have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

A total of eleven modern and light-flooded flats will be built in the new building with a rental area of approximately 640 square metres. Future residents will have the option of renting parking spaces for cars or motorbikes in the neighbouring garage yard.

The Leipzig district of Gohlis is particularly popular among young families and is characterised by its proximity to various local recreation areas and good public transport links to Leipzig’s inner city ring road.
