ARCADIA Investment Group extends office space in Petershof in Leipzig again
On 29 November 2018, the Leipzig-based ARCADIA Investment Group extended its office space in Leipzig’s Petershof at Petersstraße 20 by further 256 m². In total, the company now uses all office space available on Petersstraße with a total area of approx. 1,000 m². The need to expand the office space arose from the highly increased project development volume of the real estate company founded in 2012 and the resulting growth in the number of employees. This resulted from the greater functional separation of company units, the establishment of various new subsidiaries and service companies, and the acquisition of employees with areas of expertise not yet represented in the company.
“Within the first quarter of 2019, we want to grow up to 35 employees,” explains Alexander Folz, Managing Director of ARCADIA Investment GmbH. This particularly concerns our planning department and marketing, as well as the establishment of a legal department. “Therefore, we are glad that we have the opportunity to expand the office space at our current headquarters again. We have grown very fond of the Petershof, not only as a traditional but also prestigious Leipzig inner city location.”
