ARCADIA Investment Group develops Kö 2-8 residential project with eight townhouses of over 1,800 m² living space in Taucha – completion already expected in Autumn 2018
The Tauchaer Grundstücks GbR, in which the ARCADIA Group has a significant stake, is developing the residential project Kö 2-8 at Theodor-Körner-Straße 2-8 in the ‘garden city’ of Taucha, not far from the Saxon metropolis of Leipzig. The residential complex previously used as multi-family houses in an environment of comparable and already renovated multi-family houses was originally built in the 1930s and stands on a plot of land with a total area of around 2,300 m².
ARCADIA’s planning focuses on eight modern townhouses with a contemporary floor plan and a high level of comfort, which, depending on the buyer’s development requirements, have a living space of between 120 m² and 175 m² plus a basement. The individual plots are up to 350 m² in size. Own parking spaces can be additionally acquired.
The completion of the Kö 2-8 project and thus the ready-for-use houses is already scheduled for autumn 2018. For this purpose ARCADIA has prepared a show house in which interested parties can get an idea of the quality of the property as well as other relevant information.
Alexander Folz, Managing Director of ARCADIA Investment GmbH is pleased about another residential project of his company in the ‘garden city’: “For the ARCADIA Investment Group, the project development on Theodor-Körner-Straße is already the fifth project in Taucha. In addition to activities for its own portfolio, ARCADIA was also recently involved in the development of the so-called Lindenquartier in Taucha which has a total of 46 single-family houses.
