The Leipzig ARCADIA Investment GmbH after only three months of alterations has moved into new offices on 20 Peterstraße in the Leipzig inner city on the 1st of November. The company which specializes predominantly in the development of retail properties has offices spread over two levels measuring a total of 428 square meters in Petershof. The real estate company which was founded by Alexander Folz in 2014 has recently grown to nine employees and with its relocation to the new offices has not only found both a traditional and prestigious Leipzig location, but has also made provision for its possible further qualitative expansion.

Petershof is one of the most well-known buildings in the inner city of Leipzig. The historic facade conceals a modern new building with retail space (Kult), office levels and exclusive residential flats. The facade which is visible today was erected by the Leipzig architect, Alfred Liebig, from 1927 to 1929. Due to his striking architecture, the six-storied Petershof, with its 13,250 square meters, stands out significantly above the diverse mix of buildings in the Leipzig inner city.

ARCADIA Investment Group has focused its specialisation on the development of property used for retail and residential properties as well as car parks and underground car parks throughout the entire Germany.
