The Leipzig ARCADIA Investment GmbH in an exclusive order from EKZ Dormagen GmbH brokered OPG Center-Parking GmbH in Osnabrück as the operator and tenant of the underground car park in Rathaus-Galerie shopping centre on the market square in Dormagen with around 400 parking spaces on one gross floor area of more than 12,100 m². OPG Center-Parking GmbH concluded a 10 year lease contract for the underground car park which is connected to the Parking guidance system of the city of Dormagen. The future operator was able to succeed in a two-stage candidate selection process lead by ARCADIA. In the 3rd quarter of 2016 the operator will take over the underground parking garage, which has an estimated 365 spaces available for the visitors of the shopping centre and some 40 shops as well as 44 spaces for residential tenants of the neighbouring property.

Already last year, ARCADIA brokered a car park at Leipzig Main Station to OPG. Currently promising negotiations are also being held for an inner-city car park in Neubrandenburg which will be implemented jointly by ARCADIA as the project developer and Griese & Marn from Hamburg in a project company.
