The Leipzig-based project developer ARCADIA announces the completion of its modular show houses in Krostitz. After the start of construction of the residential quarter of the future “Eulenhof” in November 2021, a row end house as well as a row middle house are now available as show houses for viewing by all interested parties. To facilitate the decision to purchase one of the 14 houses, the show houses are in a fully equipped condition and are comparable to the other properties in this neighborhood development as well as other current neighborhood developments. Special features of the properties include a fitted kitchen, triple-glazed windows including electric sunshades, and built-in underfloor heating that can be controlled both centrally and decentrally. In addition, all houses in the development are equipped with a terrace, their own garden house, finished outdoor facilities and two associated parking spaces.

The neighborhood development is characterized by its sustainable and energy-efficient image. For this purpose, a supply by means of the energy source gas was dispensed with and instead a highly efficient air/water heat pump in a chimney imitation was installed on the roof of the houses. This not only provides a sustainable and cost-saving energy supply, but also reduces the noise level of the heat exchange and heat recovery and preserves the aesthetic appearance of the clinker facade. Furthermore, all houses are equipped with their own photovoltaic system.

With the “Eulenhof” project, WOHNMACHER, a competence area of the ARCADIA Investment Group, would like to pave the way for its own modular series. Thus, in the future projects of WOHNMACHER, the houses are to be ready for marketing within a few weeks of construction, ready to live in and ready to move into. The Wohnmacher house concept is based on particularly high sustainability and a fast construction method. Thus the terraced houses and semi-detached houses are characterized among other things by their very good energy efficiency. An air/water heat pump and photovoltaic system ensure energy-efficient supply for each house. The developed house types and in modular construction contribute to favorable purchase prices and long-term cost savings. Each of the turnkey homes on offer has up to five rooms on approximately 135 square meters of net floor space in accordance with DIN 277. The ready-to-live-in houses, including the laying of floor coverings and painting work, are rounded off by a garden with terrace and optional parking spaces at the house.
