On behalf of WFS Leipziger Immobilientreuhand KG, ARCADIA Investment GmbH brokered the last available rental unit in the commercial property at Wittenberger Straße 17 to L.P. Bauplanung GmbH. The Leipzig-based engineering office secured both the 500 square metres of commercial space on the first floor of the building as well as its own parking spaces on the property. The contracting parties signed the tenancy agreement with a term of five years plus options in the second week of March 2020. With the letting, full occupancy of the property with a total of 1,618 square metres of rental area can now be reported.

The building, which was constructed in 1900, is located north of Leipzig’s inner-city ring road and was extensively renovated and modernised between 1996 and 1997. The commercial space on the ground floor of the property is let to a wholesaler for lighting concepts, while another engineering office is located on the second floor. With the acquisition of an attractive new tenant for the last vacant rental unit, ARCADIA Investment GmbH has succeeded in repositioning the entire building on the market.
