ARCADIA Investment Group appoints Christian Dinger as Chief Financial Officer

The real estate developer ARCADIA Investment Group has appointed the 38-year-old Master of Banking Management, Christian Dinger, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the holding company ARCADIA Investment GmbH with effect from January 1st, 2020. Thus, the Leipzig-based company expands its management and continues the growth of the group.
The financial expert Christian Dinger has been working for ARCADIA as an authorised signatory since 2017 and is responsible for the areas of finance and controlling within the Investment Group. In addition, he organises the investment structures of all subsidiaries and manages the investments of family offices and private investors. The appointment as CFO is the result of an increasing number of further projects which the ARCADIA Investment Group is implementing nationwide. “Due to our strategic growth, it is the logical consequence for us to reorganise the responsibilities within the group of companies”, says Alexander Folz, managing partner of ARCADIA.
Before joining the ARCADIA Investment Group, Christian Dinger was an authorised signatory and member of the management board of various cooperative banks. Over the past 15 years, he has made himself a name as an expert in project financing by assisting and accompanying building contractors and real estate developers with their financing. “I look forward to contribute my experience in the field of bank management and financing for the management to our project companies”, explains Christian Dinger.
