With the founding of the ARCADIA Financial Services GmbH, the Leipzig ARCADIA Investment Group is responding to the ever-more complex challenges of the financing market facing the clients and business partners of the company. With a view to this new company foundation, ARCADIA has already employed the 35 year old business economist (with an additional bank management qualification) Christian Dinger as an authorised signatory in May this year. Over the past ten years Christian has made a name for himself as an expert in project financing by accompanying property and project developers in his capacity as a bank executive. Christian Dinger will receive operational support from 21 year old Malanie Flößner, who has been employed by the company since October 1st.

Owing also to the increasing complexity of legal requirements surrounding property investments and project developments, ARCADIA is henceforth pooling its financing activities within the company group. In addition to internal financing and asset structures, ARCADIA will also in future be offering their expertise in this segment as a service to clients and business partners. In this way, in addition to asset and portfolio management for private and institutional investors, ARCADIA is likewise now offering third party financing structures as well as the refinancing of project developments.

Transparent and strategically oriented asset and portfolio management forms another component just as significant as professional financing management. In this segment, Mr Folz explains, we offer an in-depth advisory service which deals with the commercially acceptable and appropriate creation and optimisation of capital according to the important aspect of sufficient existing liquidity and cost controlling. The focus, in addition to financing optimisation, lies on the attainment of continued liquidity which can contribute towards the growth of the company in a cost-neutral manner.

When it comes to project-related financing mediations ARCADIA rely on a state-wide banking network, are able to analyze financing projects, create all the necessary solvency and property documentation as well as select and assess existing offers resulting from the goal-oriented financing inquiries of the company.

ARCADIA Investment Group has focused its specialisation on the development of property used for retail and residential properties as well as car parks and underground car parks throughout the entire Germany. In addition to activities relating to its own portfolio, it has also implemented a host of projects in the framework of joint ventures – amongst others in close collaboration with numerous national and international companies. One of the company’s core business functions is also the optimisation, maintenance and expansion of the property portfolio of family businesses with the utmost care and confidentiality. ARCADIA Investment GmbH as the holding company for the group currently employs 20 people and is developing areas with a magnitude of more than 200,000 square meters. The accompanying project volume amounts to round 165 million euro.
